What does SSI Diamond Center mean?
Diamond Center is the highest official partnership level SSI (Scuba Schools International) awards to a dive centre. It recognises centres that meet the top standards across training quality, service, safety and regular activity, and only a small number of centres worldwide hold it. Blue Team is an official SSI Diamond Center in Kaş.

Around us lie 28 mapped dive sites, including the Dakota plane wreck, the Blue Cave, canyons and colourful reefs. If it's your first time, start with a try-dive; certified divers can join our daily dive trips, or take an Open Water course right here in Kaş. Diving in Kaş: Good to Know
Do I need to know how to swim?
For a try-dive you don't need to be a strong swimmer; your instructor stays with you one-to-one. Being comfortable in the water is enough.
I have no experience. Can I still dive?
Yes. On a try-dive you dive safely with an instructor after a short briefing. Anyone aged 12 and over can join.
Is diving safe? What if I panic underwater?
On a try-dive your instructor stays within arm's reach at all times. You start in shallow water and never go deeper until you feel ready. You communicate with simple hand signals and can end the dive at any moment.
How do I find out the prices?
All our programs are listed on the Prices page. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and group size and we'll send your exact price within minutes. Boat, equipment, insurance and VAT are always included.
Is equipment included in the price?
Yes, all dive equipment, the boat and insurance are included. Just bring your swimsuit and a towel.
Is there an age limit or medical requirement?
Try-dives are suitable for ages 12 and over. You'll fill in a short medical form before diving; please tell us in advance about conditions like asthma or heart problems. If unsure, just ask us on WhatsApp.
Is the certificate recognised worldwide?
SSI certifications are internationally valid and accepted at dive centres worldwide.
How do I get here from Antalya, and is it worth it?
Kaş is about a 3-hour drive from Antalya Airport (the closest airport is Dalaman, ~2 hours). With its wrecks, the Blue Cave and crystal-clear water it's well worth the trip; many guests come for a day or one night. We're happy to help with your travel plan on WhatsApp.
